We take fraudulent, abusive, and misleading use of BretMoon seriously. Here is how to report it.
What to Report
Please let us know if you encounter any of the following in connection with BretMoon or people claiming to represent us:
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading offers and communications.
- Impersonation of BretMoon, our staff, or our members.
- Phishing attempts, scams, or requests for payment through unofficial channels.
- Spam, harassment, or abusive behaviour.
- Unauthorised or suspicious activity on your account.

What to Include
- A description of what happened and when.

- Screenshots or copies of messages, if available.
- Your contact details so we can follow up if needed.
What Happens Next
Our team reviews every report received. We may contact you for additional information, take action against offending accounts, and, where appropriate, cooperate with the relevant authorities. We treat reports confidentially wherever possible.
